Ms Catherine Yates Occupational Therapist

Catherine “Cat” is a Senior Mental Health OT and a seasoned psychotherapist in Australia. She is also the Director and Co-owner of Reach Life. Cat holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Counseling and Psychotherapy. She has a strong foundation in working with families, groups, and communities, and enjoys working with both adults and young people across a diverse array of contexts. Catherine uses evidence–based psychological therapies to address the concerns her clients bring to her, with a special interest in ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) and polyvagal theory.
