Nick is a calm and supportive psychotherapist and social worker. He assists clients in gaining insight into their mental health concerns and helps them create practical strategies for change. Nick is an experienced mental health practitioner. He is an accredited mental health social worker (AMHSW) with extensive training in counselling, psychotherapy, social work and mindfulness. ​ He further specialises in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) in treating PTSD, trauma, stress, anxiety and depression but also has experience in the treatment of relationship issues, problem gambling, drug and alcohol addiction and ADHD. Costs per session: A standard appointment with Nick is a 50 minute 1:1 psychotherapy session. With a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan, the out-of-pocket cost per session is $146.10. If you do not have a Mental Health Treatment Plan, you will not be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $81.90, which means the cost per session is $228. Nick's fee for a 50 minute couples counselling session is $248.
