My interest in sport has been the prime motivator in my choice of study and the direction my career is taking. Prior to completing my massage qualification at Canberra Institute of Technology (CIT), I commenced a Bachelor of Coaching Science at the University of Canberra but after 2 and 1/2 years I felt drawn to the physical therapies side of sport and from that into physical therapy in general. My sporting interests have been based around my previous involvement in Football and Cycling but now I am a keen Mountain Runner where I have represented Australia at World Championships in 2017 and 2018. I currently use a combination of dry needling, massage therapy and education to achieve results and alleviate symptoms.
