Melissa is a registered psychologist who has worked across school and clinic settings. She is passionate about supporting the needs of children, adolescents, and adults through psychological assessment and intervention.
Melissa provides individualized psycho-educational assessments which offer a holistic understanding of an individual’s cognitive, social, emotional, and behavioural functioning. She adopts a respectful, empathetic, and warm approach when working with clients, integrating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), relaxation and mindfulness techniques into her therapeutic practice. Melissa holds specific interests in anxiety, dependency, and learning disorders.
Melissa completed a Master of Psychology (Educational and Developmental) at Monash University and is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society. Melissa prefers to work collaboratively with clients and is invested in guiding clients towards their therapeutic goals, promoting their personal strengths, and self-development.
