Grace is a registered psychologist and Member of the Australian Psychological Society who has experience working across both school and clinical settings. Grace enjoys collaboratively working with young people and their families, helping to highlight areas of strength and weakness in an effort to work toward reaching therapeutic goals and self-growth.
Grace is experienced in providing psychoeducational assessments where she is able to offer an understanding of the cognitive, academic, social, emotional and behavioural functioning of her clients. Grace is also familiar with using a range of therapeutic techniques including cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness. She is particularly interested in psychoeducational assessment, working with LGBTQ+ young people and families, and anxiety-related concerns.
Grace is currently completing a Master of Psychology (Educational and Developmental) combined with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) program at Monash University. Grace’s PhD focuses on exploring the mental health and school counselling experiences of transgender young people and psychologists within Australian secondary schools. Grace is currently completing the Educational and Developmental registrar program.
