She utilises evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, always aiming to empower clients in their journey towards a more balanced and fulfilling life.
