Clinical Psychologist

I am a Provisional Psychologist working and training in Psychodynamic therapy and ACT psychotherapy.

I am Wade, a registered Psychologist. I provide treatment for children, adolescents and adults. I have experience working from a range of evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy, and Mindfulness. I graduated with a Masters in Clinical Psychology at Griffith University and I am a member of the Australian Clinical Psychologists Association (ACPA). I work with difficulties such as obsessive compulsive disorder, phobias, anxiety and depression, as well as child behavioural difficulties, and parenting. I have also worked, as a Provisional Psychologist, in Queensland Health settings with children and adolescents with severe and complex mental health difficulties. I also provided treatment for adults with dependence to alcohol and other drugs. I am passionate about working collaboratively with clients to help them achieve their goals and improve their overall wellbeing. As a psychologist, I work with clients in a relaxed manner and believe it is important for the client to feel understood, comfortable and safe in therapy.
