Karen is a registered Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia and an associate member of the Australian Psychological Society. Karen has an easy-going and caring nature and believes in helping clients to develop short-term and long-term strategies to enable constructive changes for a more fulfilled and meaningful life through developing better insights, self-awareness and self-confidence.
Karen is particularly passionate about helping people who are facing challenges or difficulties with self-esteem, anxiety, relationships, life goals and stress in their work and personal lives. She immensely enjoys working with clients collaboratively in a non-judgemental and respectful way that empowers clients to achieve their own desired outcomes.
