I’m a physiotherapist with a movement-based, evidence-driven approach to rehabilitation and performance. My practice combines exercise prescription, pain education, and manual therapy when needed, with an Internal Family Systems (IFS)–informed perspective to support both physical and mental wellbeing. I focus on empowering clients to understand their bodies, build resilience, and take an active role in recovery. Whether you’re managing a new injury, working through a persistent limitation, or seeking to improve performance, I tailor each program to your goals, lifestyle, and stage of rehabilitation. With a background in movement coaching and research at Neuroscience Research Australia (NeuRA), I bring a unique blend of clinical expertise, coaching experience, and up-to-date pain science to every session.
