Jenna creates a calming, warm and supportive environment where you feel grounded and validated. She creates space to hold emotions whilst her clients work to gain insight into themselves – working towards healing and transformation. Her style is gentle yet directive, compassionate and honest, grounding and approachable. Her intention is to take a holistic approach to help her clients move towards better self-awareness, self-acceptance, self-compassion, and live a life governed by the authentic self.
Jenna currently offers appointments for adults and older adolescents. She has particular strengths working with:

- Drug, alcohol and addiction related issues
- Emotional dysregulation issues
- Impulse control issues, including Trichotillomania
- Risky behaviours, including suicidality and self-harm
- Social skills and interpersonal difficulties

- Female sexual dysfunction and sexual disorders
Jenna is particularly passionate about using mindfulness-based approaches. Her work as a Psychologist is complimented by her experience as a Yoga teacher. She finds great benefit by incorporating breath work, yoga postures, and self-compassion work – particularly for anxiety difficulties. She is passionate about holistic health. Jenna is skilful at considering both the scientific evidence and a client’s preferences when utilising treatment modalities. She has training in the most up-to-date and evidence based therapeutic approaches:

Jenna has completed a Masters of Clinical Psychology. On the days she isn’t working at our clinic, she is at Northside Clinic (St Leonard’s) where she facilitates a number of group programs. She has worked at a specialist phobia clinic and in private practice settings.
