Overview

Jade works with adolescents, adults, older adults, people with disabilities and the culturally and linguistically diverse. Jade received her training in the UK and Australia.  She completed her undergraduate degree at Nottingham Trent University and completed her training in Australia to become a registered practicing Psychologist. Jade has worked in Alcohol and Other Drug service, as a Care Coordinator and in an NDIS provider with complex mental health cases. Jade uses a range of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Focused Therapy and DBT. Jade assists her clients with their counselling journey by being client centred, where the client is their own subject matter expert.
