Lana Knapp is a registered psychologist and member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and provides individual counselling to adults and teenagers. Lana works from a person-centred, narrative perspective and combines Emotion Focused Therapy with elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Lana is passionate about helping clients to grow and develop skills to respond to a variety of issues, to feel empowered through the journey of therapy and experience greater wellbeing. Lana has special interests in anxiety and depression, the psychological impact of diagnosed sleep disorders, ADHD and the phenomena of the highly sensitive person (HSP). Using a warm empathetic approach, Lana guides her clients develop a deeper awareness, self-appreciation and step into greater fulfilment and self-actualisation. Lana has worked in organisational and occupational rehabilitation contexts and has a strong appreciation for the interrelationship between work and mental health and draws on career counselling and coaching strategies according to client needs. Lana holds a Masters in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology and a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) in addition to a Primary Certificate in Rational Emotive and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy from the Australian Institute for Rational Emotive Therapy (affiliated with the Albert Ellis Institute in New York). Lana possesses accreditations in Talent Q (Elements and Dimensions), Savile Consulting (Aptitude and Wave), Hogan Personality Inventory, Hogan Development Survey and Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory psychometric assessments. Ms Sharon Li

Psychologist

Sharon is a registered psychologist and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). She creates a safe and non-judgemental therapeutic space for clients of all ages. Using a holistic and collaborative approach, Sharon supports individuals in navigating challenging situations and improving their wellbeing. She is passionate about empowering individuals to reach their potential and goals. Sharon utilises a range of evidence-based psychological interventions, such as cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and psychoeducation. She has supported clients who presented with depression, anxiety, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), intellectual disability, challenging behaviours, parenting issues, and other mental health concerns. She also provides cognitive and educational assessments for children and adolescents. Sharon holds a Master of Professional Psychology, a Graduate Diploma in Psychology, and a Bachelor of Science (major in psychology). Sharon has experience working in community settings and supporting clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. She can speak Cantonese and Mandarin fluently.
