H-L Therapy provides a high quality focused psychological services, including relaxation, mindfulness and creative visualisation techniques, clinical hypnotherapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy skills. Our services are designed to empower and inspire individuals to address their challenges, using natural strategies and resources. H-L Therapy works in partnership with individuals to assist with the following issues: anxiety, confidence issues, low self-esteem, insomnia, unhelpful thoughts and behaviours, habit control, depression, PTSD, chronic pain and chronic conditions such as Fibromyalgia and IBS. All H-L Therapy services are provided by a fully qualified allied health clinicians , members of the Australian Association of Social Workers. Principal Therapist at H-L Therapy is an accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Clinical Hypnotherapist, a member of the Australian Hypnotherapists Association with over 20 years of clinical practice experience in mental health, rehabilitation, and restorative practice settings. All H-L Therapy services are provided in English and Polish language.
