I am a qualified social worker with extensive experience in adjustment to injury counselling, neurological rehabilitation, and psychosocial support. I specialise in working with individuals who have experienced brain injuries, concussions, chronic pain, neurological conditions, and other complex health challenges. Through Coastal Sands Counselling & Rehab Services, I provide evidence based support to help clients navigate life changes, improve coping strategies, and enhance overall wellbeing. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness based strategies, to support clients regain independence and improving quality of life.
