Cath is a registered psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia. After completing her Bachelor of Psychological Science, she completed her 2-year internship with the Child and Youth Mental Health Service (CYMHS) before commencing her work in the private sector. Prior to this, she was a certified yoga/meditation teacher.
She is empathetic in her practice and an enthusiastic and motivated individual who has a proven background in working with children, youth, and adults with a variety of mental health issues, at both an individual and group level.
Cath delivers eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapies to assist individuals towards positive mental health and wellness outcomes. Being open to continual learning and self-discovery through her special interest areas of positive psychology, trauma therapies, yoga and meditation; allows her to assist people to live their best possible life.
