I am a counsellor working with adults who are navigating grief and loss, life transitions, stress, chronic conditions, or a sense of disconnection from the life they want to be living. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person, offering a supportive space for reflection, emotional healing, and self-discovery.
I often work longer-term with clients, helping them explore unhelpful patterns, deepen their self-awareness, and reconnect with meaning and purpose. My practice draws on counselling and psychological frameworks, together with approaches that support emotional processing, self-compassion, and mindful awareness. Having taught and practised mindfulness for many years, I integrate it as one of several tools clients can use to navigate difficulties and respond with greater clarity and choice.
Sessions are available Tues and Wed (online or by phone), Fridays (in person at the practice or whilst having a walk in nature).
