Anagha is a warm and empathetic Clinical Psychologist offering telehealth services. She is proficient in delivering evidence-based treatment for children, adolescents, and adults. She aims to create a safe space for reflection and processing of various life concerns whilst providing skills to improve independent coping ability and live a fulfilling life. Anagha provides treatment for depression, anxiety, behavioural difficulties, social skills deficits, as well as various life stressors. Anagha draws upon multiple evidence-based treatments, including cognitive-behaviour therapy, schema therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, and behavioural family interventions, amongst others. Anagha’s roles as a Clinical Psychologist at the Cumberland Anxiety Treatment and Research Unit and a Conjoint Lecturer at the University of New South Wales further inform her clinical practice. Anagha has full registration as a clinical psychologist (PSY0002174142) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She holds memberships with the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA), the Australian Association for Cognitive and Behaviour Therapy (AACBT), and the Child Family Community Australia (CFA), amongst others.
The practice only offers telehealth appointments during out-of-office hours. The fee before Medicare rebate is $260.
