Initial Osteopathic Appointment is appropriate for you if this is your first visit to our practice. Our initial consultation may include the following as appropriate: - A thorough lifestyle and medical history - Standard medical testing as required. - A thorough musculo-skeletal assessment - Discussion about your proposed treatment and answers to any questions you may have. - Hands-on treatment appropriate to your presentation. - Demonstrate appropriate exercises. - Advice regarding any underlying diet, ergonomic, postural, exercise or lifestyle factors
