We conduct a detailed health history, orthopeadic, neurological, postural and chiropractic assessment to better diagnosis the problem. At this point we may refer you for any medical imaging which may be required, which is usually Bulk Billed. If no imaging is needed, we will be able to proceed onto treatment of your condition on this day.
During this visit your Chiropractor will then explain all of your correlated examination findings, x-ray results and the cause of your pain. This may include recommendations for treatment and treatment techniques suitable for you, exercises, nutrition and supplements which may help with your condition, or referral made to any other doctor if your condition requires.
Appointments for patients who are already under Chiropractic Care in our practice. After you have been assessed, regular consultations are referred to as an "Adjustment" - An adjustment is the name for the hands-on part of our wellness chiropractic care. We will also constantly monitor your condition and make alterations in our treatment options and frequency as you get better.
A combination of dry needling & chiropractic can help to completely release muscles, active trigger points and joints that are causing pain, inflammation and other symptoms. The process of inserting needles directly into trigger points & muscle bundles will create a stimulant that causes a release from underneath the skin, as well as increase circulation, blood flow, speeds up healing to the specific areas, improves muscle function & decreases pain.
If you have not been to the clinic for OVER 6 MONTHS, we are required by law to assess your condition, in the case that there are any changes. We will conduct relevant orthopeadic, neurological, postural and chiropractic assessment to provide you with treatment on the day. If any medical imaging is required, this is usually Bulk Billed.
