First session for new client or client with 6 months or greater since last visit. Clients will only be seen for a new client consultation if they have had an enquiry call OR if they are a past client that has not had an appointment for the past 6 months.

Clients will only be seen for follow-up sessions if they have had an initial consultation OR if they have had a follow-up session in the previous SIX MONTHS. Clients who book a follow-up session that do not meet this requirement will be contacted to reschedule an appropriate appointment.
