A health fund claim can be processed at the time of your appointment through HICAPS. Please ensure you have your health fund card with you to utilise this option.

A Medicare rebate of $92.90 may be claimed with a current referral and MHCP from your GP. Please note: The referral must be addressed to "Dr Shane Pascoe" to be able to process the claim.

Please note: We require your claim details, and approval from your insurer prior to attending your initial appointment.

Please list your payer details in the notes section of your booking, e.g. NDIS.
