This is the beginning of your journey to health. During this appointment we will explore together your current health concerns as well as various body systems, your goals, your personal medical and family history, lifestyle, physical activity and dietary habits.

This is a follow up appointment to your initial consultation - generally 3 weeks after it - to understand your body patterns and response to the initial treatment plan. This appointment is also appropriate if you need extra time or it has been over 3 months since our last consultation.

This appointment is for going through the results of any functional pathology test I may have prescribed - or you may bring in - and to decide the adjustments to your treatment plan based on those results. Example of tests are: Comprehensive Stool Analysis, GI mapping, Intolerance testing, Full Thyroid Panel, Hormone Testing, Vaginal Microbiome Testing, DUTCH Hormone Testing, Genetics and Wellness Testing, Hair mineral analysis plus many others.

This appointment, usually occurring every 3 – 6 weeks (depending on the level of support you require), is for ongoing adjustments to your treatment plan based on the development of your health. In order to progress in your health journey and to reach your goals, it is fundamental, at least initially, to have regular appointments.
