Book this appointment whether you are a new or past client and need to see us through Worker's Compensation or ICWA (Motor Vehicle Accident Insurance). You will need a claim number to avoid out of pocket costs on the day. This class involves a blend of mindful movement, breathing, and exercises with our Physio Lorena Exercises include similar movements to Pilates, yoga and functional training, with our own Physio take on them. Difficulty: This is a beginner to intermediate level class for those who struggle with flexibility and mobility!

A class blending breathwork, yoga style stretching combined with strength, balance and inversions (like handstands and headstands) for those who want to. Difficulty: This is an intermediate to advanced class for those who want to push their mobility and push themselves with more challenging movements and poses.

This small group session focuses more on strength and movement and is designed for male bodies throughout the lifespan using mobility exercises, free weights and machines in the gym. If you need to add more resistance based training to your routine, or you want to improve your ability to do things like getting up and down off the ground, step down off high steps or get out of the pool this is for you. The group is small and you will be surrounded by a fun and supportive group!

This class is targeted towards women and women's health issues across the lifespan. Exercises generally cover strength and mobility training with a focus on pelvic floor issues, including pre/post natal and menopausal women to help you get back to things like lifting weights and running depending on your individual goals. This class also considers chronic pain and focuses on building confidence in non aggravating movements. Max class number: 5
