Overview

For initial enquiries, please email rachelktherapy3058@gmail.com in the first instance, or 0468 037065 (text message only, business hours only). I specialise in grief and bereavement work, including short and long-term adjustment following any loss or life transition. I utilise warmth, curiosity and compassion to help people understand their relationships with themselves, other people and the world around them. My priority is creating a safe, supportive therapy space to allow healthy exploration of struggles and painful challenges in order to integrate these difficult experiences. I worked in not-for-profit organisations in perinatal mental health and perinatal bereavement for a number of years before moving to private practice in 2021. I see people (16+) for individual therapy. I see individuals and couples in the context of child bereavement, from pregnancy loss and termination for medical reasons (TFMR), through to adult children. I offer a LGBTQI+ and neurodiverse affirming environment. I am available for appointments on the following days: Wednesdays: 9am - 4.30pm (3.30pm appt telehealth only) Thursdays: 9am - 4.30pm (3.30pm appt telehealth only).
